Other Female Mutant?

While I was playing with my friend we found another female who acts like Virginia?
She is bald, wears a white torn shirt, and has creepy armor on her hand. She only attacked if you got close enough but even then we were just wondering if anyone has seen her. We haven't been able to find anything about her online be it on enemy lists or NPC lists.

We found her in a camp after we both got captured. I'll try to find an image later. Didn't think to take one at the time.

I should note, Virginia was also around us at the time we found her. So we know it's not Virginia.

My best guess would be she was just a mutant who happened to wear clothing. I have noticed that a lot of the female enemies tend to be a bit more passive than the males.
Have seen a lot of enemies wearing both clothing and armor, so I assume it's just another enemy.

Sometimes you'll find the women of a tribe, gather at your base, to avenge their mates. They mostly come there to yell, and cry over their lost ones. Don't bother trying to befriend them, just murder them like all the rest. They are opportunistic fighters.
