How do I craft arrows?

I really liked the bow in the first came and there is one in the new game so of course I would like to use it. Only thing is, I have the sticks and pebbles that I need and a lot of leaves. Why can't I craft the arrows?

Because who says you need leaves for arrows?!? Sticks, stones and (believe it or not) feathers (like in the first game...) make arrows!

2 Sticks, 4 small rocks, and 4 feathers (or two)

4 Pebbles 2 Sticks and 2 Feathers.

In your inventory, right click the feathers twice, small rocks (must be small rocks, not big rocks 4 times) and 2 sticks. then click on the cog. you'll make 4 arrow.
