Multiplayer not showing any servers / Cant join friends through steam

I started playing the game on launch day and played all day and has surprisingly zero issues and a ton of fun. When i got on yesterday i went to Multiplayer>Join and the server list was completely empty. My friend also tried inviting me through steam but when i accepted the invites nothing would happen on the game. This has been happening the past two days and i haven't been able to play with all my friends. I've seen the issue on Reddit a good amount of times but no solution has been provided that i know of. If anyone knows how to fix i would appreciate it alot.

I found the solution:
You have to go in this folder location on your PC:
\AppData\LocalLow\Endnight\SonsOfTheForest\Saves\76561198019728029/ (if you can't find appdata, press Windows key + R and type %appdata%, then click appdata at the top)

Once you'll be in the file : 76561198019728029, you should have a file name Multiplayer and MultiplayerClient. Rename it to MultiplayerClient to Multiplayer. This will make them one file. Restart game and multiplayer should work.

I did that, but it reset all my progress on the server i was playing on this morning, just worth noting

That's lame. But it did let you join the server?

Yeah

If it's not too late, maybe try pasting the savefile from the server into the Multiplayer folder. Not too sure if this will work tho
