Gather Skulls, Rope, Duct Tape?

I've played many hours and still have these prompts in the corner. Why are these there? Combining them doesn't craft anything. Is it a mission or something? Am I stupid and missing something obvious? I have all those materials in abundance.

if the prompts are there its usually because you have something waiting to be built that requires them, - skull torch for example
