i found a second pistol, and another shotgun, so i think so. she doesn't seem to go to that part of the map. and it's a long walk back, so you might want to give her one before you go looking for the other because it seems you can't carry 2 pistols

Do you mean the revolver or you go way back to that boat to get another pistol?

theres another cave/bunker that has the same pistol you get from the life raft in the water.

The pistol (like the shotgun) spawns in two places. i believe the revolver only spawns in one place. can't remember where the other place was but you will need keycard to get in.
but if you don't want to run around looking for the second gun, the one found on the liferaft does respawn.

The shovel is in a cave on the west side of the island, youll need the grapple hook gun to access the cave which is located southwest of the shovel cave

Edit - you also need the breather

There are few pistols, i think i seen 3 or 4 pistols alone
