The man in the golden mask
How does it affect the plot? I saw him chasing a girl with 3 arms and 3 legs and attacked him. He almost killed me, but I threw a grenade and took him down. Does it affect the plot?

Don't think so I have seen multiple enemies with that mask.

that's just a normal enemy, they are the leaders of whatever group of cannibals they are with

Just some upgraded cannibal. Can't burn them for bones, but sometimes drop leather bags.

I think they're just a tribe, I killed a bunch of them and they didn't seem stronger than the default ones
