Is there a stat sheet?

If I recall correctly the forest had in the book a page with some information about statistics, status etc. I cant find it here, so I wonder if it exists?

The arm logo at the bottom right keeps track of your "levels" but it dosent seem to affect anything... dosen't show the level anywhere either.

there was a little tip thing i saw in the loading screen that said every time you increase your strength your health also increases by a bit, though it doesnt seem to visually reflect that and you only see what level your strength is right when you level up (the arm icon turns into a number for a few seconds)
