yeah, go to your AppData map, LocalLow, Endnight, SOTF, Saves; and from there look for your save in either MP or SP map, and from there look for the following files that affect gameplay options:
SaveData: This is mainly for items and adding trust/HP to Kelvin and Virginia
PlayerInventorySaveData: this kinda explains itself
WeatherSystemSaveData: edit the weather
There are more files that control your game within this map so take your time to explore and have fun, also you might want to back up your saves before doing anything

I would like to change the enemy damage, since I realized that it is way harder then Forest. And I dont want to restart, bc friends and I were playing some hours and it would be sad to restart for our time.

This is a bit more complicated for me to type out of my head so i took the liberty to copy this from Reddit for you:

Changing the difficulty of an existing save in Sons of the Forest can be accomplished by editing the appropriate values in the GameSetupSavaData.json file. Here's a guide on how to do it:

Find the directory where your saved game data is stored. The file path may be something like C:\Users\JohnSmith\AppData\LocalLow\Endnight\SonsOfTheForest\Saves\{steam-id}\Multiplayer\{session-id}. It is essential to make a backup of your save before editing any files to avoid accidentally deleting characters, values, etc.

Locate and open the GameSetupSavaData.json file (not to be confused with the GameStateSaveData.json file).

In the file, you will find various values that can be edited. For instance, you can modify the difficulty of the game, enemy damage done to the player, and enemy health.

Here is an example of how the values are formatted in the JSON file:{ "Name": "GameSetting.Vail.EnemyHealth", "SettingType": 3, "Version": 0, "BoolValue": false, "IntValue": 0, "FloatValue": 0.0, "StringValue": "High", "Protected": false, "FloatArrayValue": [], "IsSet": false }

To change the value of the setting, modify the "StringValue" field, for example, "Low" for low difficulty.

You can do the same for enemy damage by editing the "GameSetting.Vail.EnemyDamage" field, and for difficulty, change "Mode" to the desired setting ("Normal", "Hard", etc.)
