Best way to deal with the Geminis?

Having some trouble dealing with them.
Goldmasks, monkey men, and usual tribals I can handle, but those twins are combo-ing the hell out of me.

Anyway else having issues with them?

With that in mind, spears are a fantastic melee weapon for spacing, will take longer to kill but easier to stay safe with them

I didn't know spears were stackable. I figured it was like the original and you needed to craft a holder for them.
