For anyone struggling with fingers combat

They get hard staggered if you hit the leg, thrown spear, melee, gun.

Lets you land a lot of headshots, rinse repeat 2-3 times and they dead and harmless :)


Bonus tip, twins are tanks... just use a grenade because sod that :)

You can also use a grenade for fingers to one-hit them.
What I do for fingers is shoot them with arrows in the legs and then retrieve the arrows when they are stunned and attack them at the same time. Or with a spear, to keep my distance.
Twins yeah, they are a pain, but I only fought one so far. I think I used like 20-30 arrows lol.
