A few of you have mentioned close range misses as an "ridiculous issue" medium range is range you want to engage at, imagine trying to shoot someone that's 2-3 meters away and moving with a bow..
I know "Its just a game" - but also looking at the gameplay it seems to me that some practice and this level of efficiency makes sense, you are not legolas
wtf... Children...........
It's like anything in life. Use it often, to learn how it works.
Try it!
Yeah, so damn advanced..
Run down to the beach and kill some birds.. You can hit a bird three times to get a ton of feathers.. Kill 3 birds, you can make like 50 arrows.. Make 20 arrows and lose them all on practice, make 20 more.. Voila!....
You are now one step closer to run around full speed, dodging enemy hits like it's some kind of Apex Legends game and not even the forest.. All of a sudden. Hitting every 2-3 shots as headshots, which btw is an instakill on most of the enemies you come across.. Every arrow.. Everytime.... Even the ones you can farm from ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bird feather ones...
Which you would know, If you actually tried to hit the head at least once..
What's wrong little baby boy.. Is the trajectory to advanced that you need Daddy to come and mod the game for you.. Cause you need someone so badly to hold your hands?
You click the button so many times without aim, but the thing on the screen it just wont die.. Cryyyyy.. Dad Fix auto aim..
You want a reticle? use the spear like every other scrub.
After reading this thread it got me thinking and I realized something. The basic bow is a lot like a kids plastic practice bow. The really cheap kind that my old elementary school had. It doesn't have a lot of power to it and to get any kind of good distance you got to arc your shot. Even still, the basic bow has become a standard part of my defensive toolkit for dealing with enemies I don't want to be close to and at times I have found myself shooting accurately when they are moving quick. So I got to say I like how it is currently.
But since this thread has gotten me curious, I think I will push to find some other bows and check them out.
skill issue and a you problem. Git gud....
This sounds like another elitist reponse, should we remove the reticule marker for the rope gun too with your logic? cause "skills"...
