Question regarding the camouflage suit

So I found the camouflage suit by the beach where there are kayaks, after picking it up I don't see it in my Inventory nor do I see a change of my clothes, I had previously picked up the Leather jacket and that one do show up in my inventory plus the normal tactical jacket, is this a bug or am I missing something?
