HOW TO FIX CUSTOM STRUCTURES NOT SHOWING IN MULTIPLAYER (Building not showing)

This thread aims to help fix the bug that some people encounter which results in some players not being able to see custom structures in multiplayer (structures not build with the book that has a hologram). My friends and I encountered this bug and I found a way to fix it.

What is the error?

The error is a problem with the SaveData.json that is stored within your AppData (C:\Users\<User>\AppData\LocalLow\Endnight\SonsOfTheForest\Saves\<SteamID>\Multiplayer)

Don't go into MultiplayerClient, this is the save data if you have played on someone elses multiplayer game.

This is an error on the host's side, and not a problem with the player that encounters the problem.

How to fix

You need to replace the SaveData.json with a fresh SaveData.json, you can either manually generate a new one by creating a new multiplayer game, and then saving and grabbing the SaveData.json from its "GameId".

To save you the work I have already generated a fresh one[anonfiles.com].

This will sadly reset some stats ingame, but nothing major, looking into the file it seems to contain some stats about how many trees you've cut down, how many camps you have been seen in, and also all the relationships with and between the cannibal tribes (the only major thing that is kinda sad to loose). I'm not totally sure why this bug occurs, but from our testing replacing this file fixed the issue.

If you have any problems, I can try my best to help, but I don't know much, as most of this was just guesswork until we got it working.

After a bit more testing, the SaveData also seems to save your relationship with the Armsy Girl, this will sadly also be reset, but she doesn't seem very hard to tame anyways

Its been quite a while, not sure if this fix still works, it was just a quick hotfix the day the game was released :), hope you figure it out
