Really need to be able to put horizontal beams next to stairs
As the title says. When it comes to building a second floor, this really makes it a pain in the ass. Can't put stairs next to a wall, because you need a second diagonal log to attach the stairs to, instead of y'know, just using the wall that is right there. And when you build the stairs to go to a second floor, you can't put a horizontal beam above the diagonal one for the stairs. This severely limits building which kinda sucks.

Minor complaint that can be worked around, but surely this would be a relatively easy addition?

Just Fyi there is a work around for building staircases/roofs and still being able to place wall/pillars. First place the ramp/stair case at the optimal height you want it in. then place at least one plank on the staircase/ramp. you can then place your pillar and wall so you dont have a massive hole in your wall/roof hope this helps until an official fix.

I have no problems building roofs over or around staircases. This gripe affects building second floors only.
