Developer Console?

One of my friends got bugged in our multiplayer playthrough, where none of our buildings were loading for him, anyways, he created a new character, but now he is missing all of the items we gathered (weapons etc.), is there any way to spawn these in again thru a developer console like you could in The Forest?
