Some items like books and pamphlets are stored in the lower left of the backpack/emergency tarp view, but it doesn't look like the loose pages are available there after you collect them.

you have to play with a pen and paper next you and copy them down IRL

JFYI, the achievements don't seem to be working. I've collected several and 0/50 achievements. If you're an achievement hunter you might want to wait for achievements to get fixed.

There is a stack of notes there in my save. It’s a pain to leaf through them one by one but it’s all there.

I miss 2 (48/50) no console command will help here. It is a pain to get in all caves again just to find 2 notes, but I wan't 100%. A gps tracker for them would be nice OR the devs upload us a map with the current positions (yes with a big spoiler for all who want to find it alone!)

Probably notes from the yachts. The one is at the beach with 2 yachts on a fridge, and the other one is inside the yacht to the south of the snowy mountan

I know this is an old post but if others are looking you can find the notes in the inventory, you have to mouse over the books and such bottom left, but then you can left click and use Q R to scroll through the notes you currently have.
