No savegames show up in the Menu

Savegame folders exist in the savegame directory but don't show up on the ingame menu, effectively wiping any progress made during a session. And yes, I did save the game at ingame shelters/beds multiple times.

Update: Seems like savegames wont show up consistently when starting the gameclient. After restarting the gameclient several times the savegames only showed up 2 out of 6 times and vanished again after the next restart.

you save in shelters or other places where you also can sleep. Similar to the first game

which I did, obviously. As I said the savegames do exist in the savegame folder but don't show up in the menu.

What are you talking about. Load into new game, save in shelter or camps with tents. then when you go to restart the game you CLICK CONTINUE and you will see all your saved games lol. You probably didnt hold the button to save and just tapped it. lol

which I did, nothing shows up in the continue menu. Again, the savegames are in the directory but DONT SHOW UP INGAME when clicking continue. I saved several times over and each save showed up in the ingame saving menu and could be overwritten, but wont show up in the continue save menu.

So you mean Load game? or continue game option is missing?

MP and SP save games save seperately. Could that be it?

seems like savegames wont show up consistently on every game start. Restarted the games several times over but only got them to show up in the continue menu once out of 5 times.

I play MP exlusively and try to rehost the same mp save. Had to restart the game 4 times for the saves to show up but vanished again after restarting the client a 5th time. Don't know if it is an UI bug since I am playing on 32:9 ultrawide or something else, but annyoing regardless.

Bizzmrk - Got to your search bar type in %Appdata% > Enter > Click on appdata again on little browser bar in the window that pops up > LocalLow > Endnight >SonsOfTheForest > Saves > "This will be a ton of number (ID)" > Multiplayer > (Is there a folder in this?)

Also is this your save not someone elses game???? Your the host right? I dont think the game save if your not the host onto your system only the host system... Where you save in the host system saying your friends hosting. You will not get the save file. Your friend will have it. Your save is only saves your stuff and your spot on the hosts computer. When he restarts the game and where you saved in his game you will end up when he starts. You will not get that saved game onto your PC/Profile. If you want the saved game ask your friend for the file and place it into your game by via AppData. That will be the only way you will have the same save game.

yes, the savegames are in the savefolder. They dont seem to show up everytime I boot up the game though, which is very strange. Restarting the game several times fixes the problem somehow.
