Water bottle ?
Play 6 hours and always have to go to the river to drink? Aren't there any water bottles?

or you can eat flowers they give you water and food its not a lot but its actually helpful

Shame that they removed turtle shell from hunting them.
It´s like: You hunting animals for fun, not for meat - in a SURVIVAL game.

Because your character is too dumb to use the empty vodka bottles as water bottles. You could ball up some leaves as a cork.
