Report a translation problem
To store items, make storage for Rocks, sticks or logs. Other than that, you will max out what you can carry as most things have use.
Shelves can be used to store almost all items, you could build one then dismantle it with "C" if you want to get rid of stuff. Rocks, sticks, etc. have specific containers. Food items you can leave on the campfire until they burn away.
If you're trying to give something to a friend, you would trade them by holding "e" on the keyboard and clicking the item.
If you're trying to store it, you would use the holder blueprints from the book.
If you're trying to remove something from your inventory because you don't want it, its not usually possible. However, rotten food like fish or meat can be removed by right clicking in the inventory.
