Questions about HUD icon meaning (arm)

Basically title. What does the Arm icon mean? Strength?
Obviously we have food, water, and the moon I'm guessing is sleep.

Also, has anyone figured out how to get the sleep bar full?

I think it's encumbrance level - mine just changed from the flex to the number 2 and a new red circle is forming. What the impact is... dunno. My pack is loaded with junk.

Very curious as well, because in the 1st game you could just carry the max ammount of any existing item at the same time. Maybe it’s fatigue?

I kind of think its a damage multiplier of some sort. I have no idea though. I noticed the more active I am, typically the higher it is.

I'm sitting here like....should this bar be full or empty? Also, @brownsamurai I really don't think they would implement an encumbrance system being that you're kinda supposed to find special items (that can be heavy like the rebreather) that don't ding my speed or anything. idk..

Guys i have the response this bar is to indicate your level of strength basically i was playing with a friend when the bar was full once full it was blinking blue with the number 6 most likely indicating level of your strength
