R7 5800X 4.8GHZ OC
32GB 2333 DDR4
RTX 3060 12 GB OC LHR
All max between 50-60 fps on 1080p
FPS drops to 40 on ultra
That stabilizies a little bit on high quality but to play in a stabilized manner Medium-High presets, idk, i got the new drivers i got game mode configurated Pagesize stablished correctly i disable telemetry service of windows 11 for performance and i got the same problem.
IDK what is your opinion but I believe that in the requirements he's want to put 4060 and write 1060 or something like that.
Maybe the game isn't optimized for that hardware specs but i don't think so
I got the 3060 with 12gb and OC and i got too stutters and fps drops. There are a problem with the performance, maybe the GPU and CPU are on 40% and elevate to 100% per a second

But I have the same system basically and on 4k resolution, I get the same frame rate on Ultra settings with and without DLSS (I haven't applied the DLSS fix so DLSS isn't optimized in this game yet). I do have a 5800X processor though, so there's a substantial uplift in performance for me in this area. (I have a 5800X instead)
But there are stutters. The game needs some further optimization which will come with each upcoming patch.
Much the game's graphic settings don't cause a large enough difference in performance quality for what visual quality you are losing. For me, the difference between medium and ultra is the same performance, maybe 2fps better. All-in-all, that's not worth taking the visual hit for me so back to ultra I go.
You may wanna try playing on a higher resolution if your monitor supports it, since the game is CPU heavy and playing on a higher resolution forces your GPU to render less total frames which can help your CPU devote more of its processing power to running the game engine calculations for improved performance. I do this with a lot of CPU heavy games and I get 15-20% average performance improvements from adjusting graphic settings to take load off of the CPU and turn up the resolution.
Apart from the GPU, which should be good enough...
The problem is the "old" CPU in combination with this game engine, even newer CPUs with few cores obviously have problems. We just have to wait and see what the developers can optimize. But in his case only an upgrade helps, i had a Ryzen of the 2000 Gen.. it was ok but still far from "good".
Ps; 4060? I don't think so...
The ryzen 5 5600h is about 3% faster than the 7 2700x and has fewer cores... what did you expect?
