Report a translation problem
You always start with a stick. When holding the stick, you can either start a new fire or add a stick to an burned out fire to re-light it. So after breaking the stick(s) for the fire, you use the lighter. Only after this can you use log-parts to boost the fire. This will help the fire last alot longer.
If the fire burns down too much, you need to make sure it has two sticks on it before you can add firewood again.
