Can't Do anything

I picked a stick up and now I cant do anything but walk and pick things up I cant open inventory or anything

Happened to me too. At first I could open the inventory and craft but after I walked around for a while inventory stopped working. I hadn't built a tent yet so I hadn't saved and had to to start over. I exited the game before starting a new one and have not had that particular issue again (though I've had enough others that I may wait a day or two to see if they release a hotfix).

I restarted then game played for hours and just had it happen again smh

Just happened to me, I hadn't saved in a while and I wasn't just going to lose all my progress so I learned that you can solve the bug by entering a cave.

if that happen interact with kelvin it debugged me

Picking up a dead body as well. I would guess anything that forces your character to change their animation.

Exit and restart. The UI can get into a weird state at times.
