how to actually progress?

ive found the bunker that requires the keycard but now have no idea how to find the keycard or anything of the sort ive pretty much scouted the entire map

I don't know how to find the keycard yet. But I figured out that there are multiple bunkers in caves across the map, each have doors to unlock with keycards in them. My best guess is that those rooms house more advanced gear. So considering that I think it will not be too hard to find the keycard and a bit more exploring will lead you to it.
