Gun locations/how to get?

Anyone know where or how to obtain the weapons. So far i have found the rebreather and the taser as well as the modern axe

I found a pistol on a raft, It's one of the GPS locations

The modern axe is towards the middle of the map in a camp with a radio too,
The rebreather is north of the map on the beach which is one of the spawns and in that cave, follow it right to end, it splits 2 ways, 1 way is for rebreather and other is for the taser. Next to the taser i can see through the wall in a cave into what seems to be a underground building, there is a huge mutant that looks like jabba the hut. Dont know how to get into it through?

Theres a metal fench in between. I tried the taser. It didnt work

I think grenades can blow holes through some of the cave walls it’s a maybe tho on that
