Anyone found the blue keycard? Cant play half the game as I cant find it!

You're looking for one of the green dots, one near the crash site, but you need the shovel to access that one. The order of item progression you're looking at is: Rope Gun -> Rebreather -> Shovel -> Key Card/Shotgun
