Walkie talkie

I'm holding them and I got a friend ingame holding his walkie but nothing happens? Can't find a button for it in customization unless to grab it. Someone figured it out?

Co-op buddy just pressed T, then literally anything they said was transmitted to me.
Edit: Just pressed T once to bring the Walkie talkie up in their hand, not hold it or anything.

It's possible you had a mountain/rock in between the two of you? Dunno how complex the walkie talkie simulation is in the game.

Hmm it works... a bit volume is way too quiet to be handy atm.

i am having the same problem i have the walkie out only thing in my hand and they cant hear me but i can hear them

Does anyone know how to fix it and also the devs are stupid for not add a input and output setting to the game.

Volume can be possibly fixed in Audio menu of the game, there is a slider for voice volume. And for missing input/output settings, I use Voicemeeter tool for years. It creates a new input and output device, you set them as default in Windows settings, and the Voicemeeter allows you to switch any real input and output devices any time. It works for all kinds of games and applications.
