Nights are very dark?

Dont get me wrong, I like the darker nights but without any proper light source, its extremely difficult to see. The lighter or the flame stick barely lights up the surrounding.

It is pitch black because they wanted to make it harder. You will probably be able to get a flashlight at some point like in the first game.

You can get a flash light from one of the corpse on the purple gps markers.

I actually hate how bright nighttimes are in games, even a full moon doesn’t brighten things up as much as as most games make them. I like the realistic dark nighttime’s

At the risk of coming off as an asshat: A lot of people playing these kinds of games are the kind to instantly go into settings to abuse the heck out of gamma just because they can't fathom the idea that you might want to immerse yourself into the game.

Thats true and I like the dark nights too but I was just expecting the flame stick to do a better job of lighting. If you cant see anything in the dark, you will have no clue where you are headed and nighttime exploration will become too tedious and annoying, not to mention extremely dangerous with cannibals around. with little knowledge of where to defend yourself.

Yeah sorry but there's dark and pitch black I'm sorry but even in the country I can see here at night, this ♥♥♥♥♥ terrible with lighting even with torches I'm not playing something I can't see takes the fun out of exploring I'm not trying to be immersed
