Can’t drink from stream
anyone know how we drink water or am I gonna die of thirst because I don’t have a bottle or canteen?

Find a stream. Look straight down and don't move. A water icon will appear and you can press the "Use" key. You can't drink from the ocean.

you have to unequip if you have a weapon out as well.

It seems to have to be the perfect height for drink icon to show.

In addition, it seems as if the drinking prompt won't appear if you have items in your hands.
