Quick Slots

In the Forest quickslotting an item to bind it to a number key was as simple as combining the item with the backpack, however this is no longer the case.

So has anyone figured out how to quickslot items?

That only opens the inventory, how do you bind a item to a hotkey like you could in the first game? You would be able to quickslot the keys 1 to 4 for items

I think holding I is the quick slotting in this game tbh, its just one extra step

Erm interesting. I'd much rather personally have dedicated slots tbh.

This is quicker than opening the inventory but by no means is this quickslotting, hopefully that's something coming later.
