Yeah same GPU and same stutter hell. The game has serious optimization issues my 5800x permanetly spikes into the 80% usage range for whatever reason.

idk what tf is wrong but i have rtx 3060, core i7 11th gen processor and 16gb of ram and i can barley get 30 fps on all low settings. i am so confused

You could try making sure you don't have excess applications running concurrently. You could also check to see if your standby memory is flushed as windows will sometimes cache too much incorrectly.

Make sure you update your drivers. im running an I7-7700K with a 3060Ti 1080P ultra and stable 60+FPS the whole time so far.

Had some stuttering on a 5600x + 3080 @ 4k everything maxed. Tried dlss but though it's in the menu it appears to not be functioning at all so tried FSR 1.0 (where the 2.1!?) and stuttering is gone, fps boosted, everything silky smooth and minimal imagine quality loss despite being the first version.

Haven't updated drivers yet so maybe that's the issue with dlss & stuttering.

Updated to latest drivers and dlss now works.
