Computer Crash?

Greetings, just tried to boot my game up 2 times. One time i got into the menu and then it crashed and my pc turned off lol, and the second time it just turned off. Is it hapening for you guys?

I'm able to get in game vary rarely. I usually am crashing to desktop during the intro cut scene. but the few times I made it in game opening my inventory is what caused me to crash. gonna not add anymore to my play time in case I need to just get it refunded.

It's a bit different David, our PC crashes totally like turned off.

I will try to verify files otherwise wait for patch tomorrow to check. But I'm afraid it's because my CPU is cannot pull enough power for this game even though i have GTX 1080 TI. You should check your specs tmafono, do you have required 12 GB ram?

Hey, I just tried playing the game with my friend. I have a 2080 8 GB + 16 Ram. My computer completely crashes while playing the game, First thing that happens; everything goes into a frozen state, afterwards everything turns into black color, then my monitors restart with my computer also restarting too.

I too am having issues. I managed to tweak down my settings to get past intro but I randomly crash with a 3060ti 32gb and ryzen 5 3600. Unable to play as random crashes keep me from progressing.

I'm able to play other heavy games such as Star Citizen (Which is still un-optimized), Red Dead, and battlefield games. But never had any HARD DESKTOP crashes that would re-boot my computer. If anyone knows a fix for this, that would be awesome.

I turned the graphics settings to low or medium and now it works. It still shuts my laptop off when exiting the game.

Hi Blades, Thank you very much for the insight. I have runned the game as admin, which got me into main menu of the game(progress so far), but once I selected option button it crashed my whole system.

I will do some testing with either withdrawing more power to it or less power to it and see if I can run it now. By any chance, do any of you see the game available under NVIDEA Geforce, so you could operate it from outside the main menu?

Withdrawing Extending Power sources to the program did not solve it. I did this inside the Task manager and selected Details and withdrawed Extra power to it. It still crashed.
It's a hit and miss right now.

I Can see that mine has now been added on Nvidea, and I got the option to actually maximaze settings to optimal inside it. I will run more test.

NOTE : If I stopped responding on this thread, it's because I gave up and bought a better CPU to cover the CPU-Core/Thread power available for the game to run.

I'm backing this statement up, by looking at the minimum requirement of specs required.
They of course did a little bit of hardware test supposedly.

The game currently has a moderate impact on CPU usage. If you are overclocking, and it's not 100% stable, which it rarely is when using novice tools like AI-overclocking for example, check your OC and try again. Might not be the cause in your case, but is with quite a lot of people. Also might be pushing GPU too much, what resolution are you trying to play at? Edfit: and with what GPU?
