Steam cart failure
Is anyone else not able to add it to his cart?

Yes, i bought the game then checked the to see if it was inn my library, it wasn't then checked cart then it said Steam Cart Failure

Whole steam cart is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lol. Cant add anything to it. Its even gone from my UI.

Why do popular games never able to release without a bunch of BS. Steam should have known to beef up and have ♥♥♥♥ working for us. I keep trying to add to cart over and over.
