If my PC can smoothly run fallout 4 and new vegas, heavy rain, gta 5 and 4, counter strike and BeamNG drive, will my PC be fine running this game?

probably, you can just check the system requirements so if you have anything better than the recommended specs you should run 60 fps + fine

The community can't do this simple task for every single PC newb who wants to play this game.

If you're new to PC gaming then I'd assume you have a new PC to go along with that. If so, you'll be fine.

But let's play. What hardware do you have in your PC? Is it a pre-built from Alienware or something like that?

Generally speaking survival games tend to be a little poorly optimized early on, but we can hope this isn't the case. You can hold windows key and press R and type dxdiag and hit enter and see what is under the system tab, listed under: Processor and also what is under Memory. Then under the display tab, in the device section, what is listed under Name:

Those are typically the main factors, it's hard to tell going directly off of what other games you can run.

I run a victus gaming laptop. According to the requirements for the game, I should be fine because I have a 1650 (I believe) GeForce GTX, which I think is good?

1650 is below minimal 1060, so i wouldn't hold my breath. You can still try it and refund if it's underperforming, just don't hit 2 hours played limit.

I actually might be good. Detroit become human runs 55 GTX and it runs smooth as hell

It should run fine but expect stutters and 30 fps on 720p on lowest settings if you're lucky, might look like a potato but should work, can't guarantee playable multiplayer performance though.

Screw multiplayer, but I don’t think the overall graphics will be a problem. I think people are just trying to make me overthink the situation.
