When it comes to Early Access titles the launch price generally IS the discount, and the price will go up afterwards as features get added, or when the game ends Early Access and goes full release.

then you will see tomorrow the price in the united states will be $29.99
You must not have looked at very many games when they launched then, most games are not discounted on launch.
I am on steam for 15 years now and every game I bought in EA was with a discount
