Character creation

Would be cool if we could actually create our own guy or at least choose between a few preset faces. At least i hope we are just a random nameless guy this time for immersion purposes. Well some may argue because of first person but coop would be an argument

Yeah since you are the protagonist it should be an option. In the first game the main character would have worked as a nameless guy as well

I think it wouldn't be that complicated to let you choose between the passengers... Last time I played with friends, all three were the same black character. Kind of bothers me, if customizing seems like too much to ask, I wish I could choose between them.

Yeah, being able to create my own character would immerse me much more. I would like to play as a girl, I just enjoy games more when I can choose. This triggers some kids. It actually would define for me whether I buy the game or not. Previous posts about female player models had mega cringe comments from strange xenophobic individuals. It was kind of amusing.

I guess we'll find out tomorrow, but I suspect if they were doing full character customization that woulda been in a trailer before now. Since this one seems designed from the ground up with a more multiplayer sandbox feel in mind, I'd bet on being able to at least pick your model. I'd be surprised if at least one wasn't female.

Xenophobia is a dislike or prejudice towards people of nations other than your own. I'm not exactly sure how that ties into not wanting women in a game? Unless you're simply calling them out for being xenophobic on topic of being weird / odd.

As for actually having the option to choose? Yes, will never be a situation where I'm against having the choice.

I don't get the obsession with cosmetic stuff. Especially in a first person game.
You can identify as whoever you want, in fact you shouldn't assume the gender. ;)
