In The Forest we played his Father and now him. In the last cutscene of The Forest we are in his perspective where he plans on going on this island and there he gets some mutant action going on in his arms, so he grabs his right arm - at the same spot of the arm someone from one of the trailer (flying to the island) has a "fight demons" tattoo, which makes sense for timmy to remind himself to fight against the will turning into a mutant/creepy. that all hints to us play as timmy and story-wise would make the most sense.
