How to assign coordinator?
Can’t believe I’ve played this many hours and never assigned one. Any tips as to how?

Just position / let them walk (in live mode) around the gate where the bands will arrive (maingate or gate for bands only) and they will automatically welcome new Bands and assign them to free RVs
