Ultimate Demon achievement

So my save file says I got 100% but I didn't get the achievement. So I read the description and noticed that I have to unlock the final vault. I ran and jumped and even talked to anyone I found but I just couldn't find this final vault. Could someone help me?

Congrats on sticking with it!

As long as everything's working properly: when you enter the Demon King's Castle hub, there's a level entrance locked behind bars. Once you get 100% of everything, the bars will disappear and you'll be able to enter it. That's the final vault.

If the game thinks you're missing something, the sign above the vault entrance will show completion counters for batteries/photos/challenges.
