VBridger & VTube studio not connecting to eachother

I got vbridger to work through connecting my phone and the api connection for it it running but they wont communicate with eachother so im stuck with a completely still vtuber no matter what i do.

Most of the time, connection issues are caused by missing firewall exceptions. Make sure exceptions are added for the .exe files of both VTube Studio and VBridger.

Usually, this should happen automatically, but sometimes that doesn't work. If the exceptions are already there, remove them and re-add them.
