Nvidea face tracker not loading

As the subject line states…

My Nvidia Tracker is no longer working and I can't figure the problem. So far I have done the following:

1.) update BIOS
2.) Reinstall and install Nvidea drivers

The VTUBE ERROR Log says the following:
