Toggles not working while tabbed out

My toggles aren't working when I am tabbed out of the game.

For example, I have bound a "heart eyes" expression to ctrl+h. If I am playing a game or on OBS (tabbed out of VTube Studio) my toggles don't work. I have to CLICK ON Vtube Studio and make sure its tabbed in, not minimized/background-ed etc. for it to work.

I don't understand even more because my other models work fine and I can toggle outside of VTube Studio, but one of my models none of my toggles work unless I am IN VTube Studio.

Please help!

Not sure why it would only break for one model. Hmm. Can you check those hotkeys and make sure they are set to work when VTS is not in focus? You can turn that on/off by clicking the globe icon next to the hotkey name:

Turned the globe icon on and that worked! Thank you so much I feel like such a dingus!
