Hotkey binding not working properly
I am trying to use a hotkey for a emotion animation, but when I am in OBS it does not work... can someone please help me?

Most likely that's because OBS is running as admin and VTube Studio isn't. For more info: https://github.com/DenchiSoft/VTubeStudio/wiki/Starting-as-Admin
