Low Fps on model but my game/stream is fine.
Recently I've started trying to stream again but every time I do my model has crazy low fps and there's nothing that I can think of to fix it. When I check my camera fps it says i have 20 fps and dips to 3 as soon as I tab out to get back to the game.
I've tried all settings on my webcam from 1920x1080 30fps, to 1280x720 60fps.
I have a Razer Kiyo but I've tried using my laptop webcam and have the same outcome. I haven't changed any settings that would affect fps and the games I'm playing on are at Medium to High graphics settings depending on what I am playing.

My specs are :
RTX 2080 Super 8gb
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 6/12
16 Gb RAM

Any Help would be appreciated and I will do my best to provide any other information.

Happened to me when the CPU reached 100 %, so might be worth to run a recording with the task manager open (if you've only 1 screen, then have it being displayed on the recording itself). Both OBS and VTube Studio hog a big heap of ressources, so when you add a game and a browser for your chat on top of it, then that might already be too much.

Also 20-25 fps is usually the standard, at which point the model works quite fine, so there's not really any need to use 60fps on the cam.
