Questions about using VTube Studio with Voice Changing
Hi there! I am planning to download VTube Studio and I have a question. I am a beginner without any programming knowledge. Could you please guide me on how to change my voice into a cute and nice one easily so that I can use it with VTube Studio?

Also, I would like to know whether it's possible for absolute beginners to use a voice changer to create an audio file and then use it with VTube Studio so that my avatar can speak my prefabricated text in a nice way and make it enjoyable for viewers?

Lastly, could you suggest a good Text-to-Speech app for windows? Or is it better to record my voice normally? Maybe I try both but I need some hints where to start.

Edit: I use primarily Windows, not phone.

If you're looking for a voice changer, you could give VoiceMod a try. I know a lot of people use that.
