Windows cant find vtube studio.exe when running admin on startwithoutsteam.bat

I have been searching for a solution to my problem but haven't found any helpful information yet. Whenever I try to run Vtubestudio without Steam as an administrator, I receive an error message saying "Windows can't find vtube studio.exe. Make sure you have the right name." I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the program, but the issue persists. Although the program eventually launches when I try to run it as a regular user, I still receive the error message in-between attempts. For context, I am using Windows 11. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

How are you starting it without Steam as admin? Are you following this guide?

Mmmm i am not starting without steam as admin, only non admin use. and yes to the guide. :3

i’ve been thinking it may be a windows issue but i’ve ran through a lot of potential solutions since original post to know that it is something very dumb hidden somewhere that i cannot find lol

i dont think windows 11 has it. i upgraded from windows 10 to 11 and can find it on the more options on right click. but im not sure if windows 11 fresh install has that.
