I can't move the character

i downloaded a new avatar and now i can't move or zoom any of them. What's wrong?

What troubleshooting have you already tried? That might help some folks with figuring out what you can do to fix this,

You might have accidentally clicked the lock icon that character stays in one place. Try to click it open. I had it one time somehow automatically locked and checked about the same problem

I'm unable to zoom in. Scrolling with my mouse doesn't do anything. Model is unlocked, but I've tried locked as well. I've closed out of vstudio, rebooted, then pulled it up again - still can't zoom. I tried holding ctrl while scrolling - nothing. I tried holding shift while scrolling - nothing. I tried holding down the left button on the mouse whilst scrolling - nothing. Tried with the right side as well - nothing. Please help T_T
