SOLVED - Hand tracking not working?

I'm using a "hand tracking model sample" from the workshop here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2795528219

In the camera settings, I've set the mode to "Level 5" with "Face and hand tracking" with a webcam - the hands work fine during calibration.

When going to the model settings, I can see all the rigs for various hand stuff like HandLeftFinger etc. The input and output values here are also moving when you move your hands. However, the actual model does absolutely nothing when you try using your hands. I've also tried with another model that seems to be rigged for using hands, with the same results. Any ideas what the problem could be?

I'll have to see the actual model. Could you post this in the VTube Studio Discord? If possible, with a video that shows what's happening.

Thank you for your reply, I've opened a support thread on the VTube Studio Discord. I'll update this here for future reference after I've come to a conclusion.

Solved - the model actually has shortcuts you need to trigger before it goes into a stance where the hand inputs are displayed. Go to the little "Movie" Icon at the top, then find Hotkey Actions "handL" and "handR". Map those to keyboard shortcuts and press them once, the tracking should then work. Thanks Denchi!
