Mouth move from mic audio rather than tracking option?
Sometimes I feel like my tracking doesn't work for my mouth, so I was wondering if there was an option to have the mouth move based on incoming mic audio.

Yep there is! You can change your mouth movement parameters to "mic volume/frequency" through the cog wheel thingy

Could you be a bit more specific? which tab? I think I found it, but it doesn't seem to effect my model.
