Update model

I have some minor changes made to a model, is there a way to update it without remaking all my hot keys and links?

All VTS-model related settings are saved in the <modelname>.vtube.json file. If your new Live2D model files have the same name, you can just replace them and everything should work.

But definitely do that while VTS isn't running. And if you need help, please ask in the VTube Studio Discord.
